Each of our life stories is unique, and sometimes we need a little help to keep moving forward. As your life coach, I'm here to guide you with a focus on the future, not the past. You’ll be surrounded by God’s love and the guidance of the Holy Spirit at every session, helping you find the clarity and strength you need to keep moving closer to your target. I commit to:

How It Works

I take a limited amount of clients each month, so get started with your free initial call. There is no better investment than in yourself.

After you fill out the form, I will send you an email to schedule a free initial call. I want to make sure we are a good fit before we book our first session together.

If you live in the Houston area, we can meet in person. I also offer phone calls or video appointments for your convenience. Each session is one hour long.

Monthly Sessions

1 session: $150
2 sessions: $250
3 sessions: $300
4: sessions: $360

Please Note: There is a minimum requirement of 3 months of Life Coaching with Sissy to allow sufficient time for meaningful progress and transformation, and they will be billed automatically each month. You can choose how many sessions per month you prefer. You will also be required to sign a life coaching agreement for your protection and mine.

  • A life coach guides you through personal challenges, helping you reach your fullest potential. I will work with you to make progress in your life, always wrapped in God’s love and guidance. I’m here to offer you a fresh perspective and connect where you are to where you want to be.

  • I will not direct you, advise you, judge you, teach you, diagnose you, label you. A life coach is not a therapist, a counselor, a consultant, an advisor, or a mentor.

  • A coach’s focus is on your future. Therapists, counselors, and other mental health professionals treat mental health conditions and help people work through trauma and other issues from their past.

  • Most people enjoy working with a life coach when they feel stuck in their personal life or relationships. Other examples of reasons someone would work with a life coach include:
